Bespoke Menu Design is a menu design and catering company, founded in 2001 by food expert and former chef-restaurateur Phil Owens.

Born into a family of hoteliers, and previously chef-patron of London’s The Arts Theatre Café, L’Arte and Philip Owens at the ICA, Phil and his team understand catering from the inside out, and currently work with a myriad of clients across the industry, including Wallacespace meeting spaces, Rhubarb catering with their key clients at sites including the Royal Albert Hall, Saatchi Gallery’s Gallery Mess, Sky Garden, Heathrow and London City Airports and Ascot, as well as Kosher caterer Food Story and Green Room Sports events.

A highly respected go-to for creating imaginative, original and trends-focused menus that are fit-for-brief, Phil and his team also specialise in catering for informal eating; be it a Tuscan spring lunch, Thai banquet, Middle Eastern mezze, tapas party, hot and cold picnics or pre-match food for England Rugby supporters at Twickenham, for 50 to 500 guests.

Informed by decades of experience and extensive global travel and research, discovery and innovation never ceases for Phil, who shares stories of his latest travels, bespoke recipes and expert opinions on flavour and industry trends regularly on the Bespoke blog.
